Test fitted the .032 aluminum gap fillers, trimmed as necessary. If course, necessary to re-clamp the boards to the prop blades and rotate to ensure the blade does not contact the gap filler and there is sufficient clearance.
Once established, use the templates and traced the same onto .063 aluminum. Used a jig saw to start the initial cuts.
