Brief Description:  Installing the Prop

Cleaned the prop flange and prop hub with MEK. With Ken and Debbie's help, offered the prop to the prop flange, then slowly started, by hand, inserting the prop bolts into the bushings. After a few turns, it's necessary to rotate around the prop hub as you gradually get the bolts in place.

The initial torque was 40 ft pounds per the Hartzell Installation and Care manual, then the final torque of 65 ft pounds.

Placed the spinner into the bulkhead and taped into place until I can perform the alignment.
