Brief Description: Relocating IBBS Master and ALT Power
Planning on 2020, ABS-B Out, the solution will be the GPS20A from Garmin which works with the G3X system and the GDL39R for ADS-B In solution. Removed the 10-amp circuit break on the avionics bus used for the IBBS backup battery, instead wired the battery to a 10-amp SWB on the Main Bus. I had previously located the IBBS Backup Power Switch here, though it was not connected to the main bus, it closed to ground to activate the backup battery. Moved the switch to the panel above the ignition switch and added a switch for the always-on bus, so, well I can turn it off.
