Started working on the wing tip fairings, and since I just finished working on the Sun Tail light in the rudder, decided to work on the lighting and lens. The lens is one piece item from Vans, so I cut in half, and place each half on its wing tip. Traced the contact line where the lens will be secured. I used snips to cut the lens, and various grit sand paper glued to wood blocks to sand the edges for the initial fit.
