Time to set the ailerons to neutral for rigging. Set the aft control stick to 90 degrees after leveling the fuse. Attached the aileron control rods to the center tube, and attached the jig for determining the aileron neutral position, the adjusted the outboard rod end bearing on the control tube for attachment to the wing bell crank.
Basically, the process is starting from inside the fuse, then working out to the control surfaces, ailerons first, then flaps, to get the basic neutral position for the ailerons and flaps.
