The fist peel ply attempt worked, and did not work. The peel ply material I used, was folded and had creases, I thought when I applied it to the skirt with the epoxy, it would sit down, but it did not, and left some nice issues. Also, apparently, I did not use enough epoxy in several places so it did not create a nice smooth finish in several places.
I thought about just filling and sanding, but, decided to try again. Sanded the canopy skirts, cleaned and applied new peel ply, this time making sure I used enough epoxy to get good coverage.
If this does not work out, I will sand, and fill with epoxy/micro balloons...
