Brief Description:  More Sanding of the Canopy Skirt

Continued with SANDING - SANDING - SANDING - of the canopy skirts in the three locations that are problem children, the left and right side forward lower corners, and the left side lower edge about 2/3 down the skirt, right where the canopy frame bends at ~ 45 degrees.

This just requires sand and check, sand and check, the check is simply a visual inspection of the corners, and the bottom edge, to make sure the edges are aligning as needed.

On the lower edge of the left side skirt, I added two strips of fiberglass, again from scraps trimmed offer much earlier, to the bottom edge of the skirt on the inside, because the skirt bowed out at this point about 1/8" for about 6" in length. Only the left side, the right side is fine.

After epoxy of the fiberglass shims and allowed to cure, sanded the outside carefully checking progress by sighting along the length of the skirt. At some point, it began to look much better, and could confirm by inspecting the bottom of the skirt looking up to see how much material was removed, it was about the thickness of the canopy skirt skin.
