Used wood shims to mock the spacing of the windscreen to the roll bar. Marked a spot at 3.5" spacing for locating a #40 pilot hole in the windscreen, and the roll bar. Use a plexi-drill bit to locate the initial hole in the windscreen, and then a #40 to locate in the roll bar.
Removed the windscreen, and then final drilled each of the holes in the plexiglass for the 6-32 screw.
Drilled each marked location in the roll bar with #40, then finish size for the 6-32 screw. Tapped each hole in the roll bar for the 6-32 screws, and tested each to make sure a 6-32 screw will fit properly.
