Brief Description: Fitting the Top Cowl - Continued
The process continues for fitting the top cowl. More trimming of the engine baffles for clearance. I found it easier to trim the baffle with shears, then file smooth. Covered the engine so it is easier to clean up afterwards. At the end of the day, the right side fits fairly well, the left side not.
The main problem is the oil cooler is mounted too high. I am going to have to relocate the oil cooler a bit lower in order to be able to trim the left aft baffle. This means I will need to relocate the hole that is cut into the aft baffle.
