Since avionics wiring is done, time to move on to getting the forward top skin in place, which will include sorting out an issue or two with the baggage door previously made.
The first door has some skin damage from riveting, which I could fix with filler, and the trailing edge sits higher than the top skin edge.
No amount of tweaking or edge seeming will get the trailing edge to lay better against the skin. In fact, in the 'process' of trying to get this to sit properly, I basically just made it look worse.
I had ordered the parts to a new door some time back, so now time to make a new door, hopefully better.
