Jeremy was able to cut the new panel; he still had the original CAD file and made the changes for adding a hole for the new GMA 240 audio panel (adding a hole?)...
We first modified the design of the avionic brackets to include the audio panel, and drilled locator holes for the tray. This was done using .025 sheet, which I'll bend on the EAA brake.

Below is the new panel cut by the CNC which features an increased avionic stack for the audio panel, and modified circuit break spacing, and omission of the LED flap indicator.
