Drilled the outboard holes in the flap using the actuator as a guide. Removed the flap fitting and trimmed the sealing ply around the nutplate holes. Finish sanded all the rib laminates and checked the fit of the upper panel. Prep sanded both skins in the areas that will be bonded. Cut the rib foam tops to prep for the mlll fiber mixture. Got my table ready for bonding and clamping. Will close the flap early in the morning. Cooling shop down to 76 degrees to give me a little extra time
