Trimmed nutplate sealing laminates. Prep sanded the aileron skins for bonding. Set up to bonding jig by fixturing upper skins to a flat table I built a long time ago. I screwed small blocks into position to make sure the upper skins could not move. I then cut two plywood clamping sticks on the table saw. The sticks have a six and one half degree ramp on them to provide parallel surfaces for clamping. I was carefull to tape all the surfaces that I did not want goop to get on using packaging tape. I used a total of six wooden parallel clamps on each aileron (cheap ones from harbor frieght). I also used blocks screwed to the table to locate the trim tab. I found the 40 gram amount of qcell and mill fiber to be a little slim for the job. I mixed up fifty. I spread a bead of the mixture by pouring and forming a bead with my mixing stick. All went well.
