Brief Description: Q-celled the 20 lb rib into postion
Once I had the counterweight cutouts completed I glued blocks accross the opening to hold the weights flush to the lower skin. I put the weight in place and used the counterweight arms to locate the 20 lb foam ribs. Using a 2 ply precure shim between the arm and rib I clamped the rib into position. After I was satisfied with the set up I Q-celled the rib into positon and used an office max clamp to hold it into position while it set. I did both ailerons.
