Brief Description: LH Flap and Aileron Trailing Edge Trimming
I rechecked my RH flap and aileron chord measurements and duplicated them on the LH side. This time I flipped the wing upside down to do the work. It worked better. The measurements for the chord are from the bottom skin wing TE so it is easier to measure upside down. I used a tight string to mark the trim line and used a long sanding block to sand to the line. I also marked the upper wing skin thickness reference line on the LH aileron shear web. Next is sanding the bevel in the upper wing skin trailing edge and working up fitting the upper aileron skin.
