Brief Description: Wing Tip Lower Attach Flange Layups
Prep sanded the lower wing skins an build up laminates in prep for the actual flange layups (9 plys) total. I made the lower flange layups three plys at a time with about five hours in between each three plys. The time is the total of the three sessions. I used 70 gram batches for each three ply sequence per tip flange. I am excited to pull the flange forms off. I think they are going to be nice! These flanges are definately overkill for just the tips!
