I waxed the rubber strip with mold release wax and then added the first of the skin build up laminates. I decided to start with a three ply laminate 1.5 inches wide. I prepared the three ply laminates sandwiched in foil and then took them to the wing. This seems to be a cleaner more controlled method than others I have tried. I am just doing the lower flanges, both sides, right now. I figure I will learn a few things to apply to the top flanges. I will make two more rounds with two ply laminates totaling seven which should be about right for the skin build up.
