Brief Description: Seat Attach Fitting Reinforcement

Sanded the 20 lb foam plugs down flush with the wing skin. Sealed the foam with q-cell, let cure. Added the three ply layups over the foam per plans. I layed up the three plys on foil to wet out and control the plys.
