I layed out the seat belt brackets in the lower wing panel and drilled the attach bolt holes. In some cases I had to use an angle drill to clear the edges of the seat pan cutouts. I then flipped the wing over and cut out the wing skins for the 20 pound foam inserts that are to be potted in under the seat belt brackets. I stopped short on the LH inboard bracket due to the flap motor installation. I then decided to re mock up the flap motor installation. The motor blocks the holes for the bracket. I decided to flip the direction of the flange to provide better access to the hardware. I will have to redrill tomorrow.
