I started looking at installing the lap belt brackets into the lower wing skin. This had me taking a close look at the seat pan cutouts. My right hand cut out is mislocated about half an inch inboard. Part of this problem may have occurred due to resizing the right hand upper panel for a better fit to the right hand upper panel. Not a half inch. Anyway the left hand was located per plans. I set out the brackets that I made years ago and located them on the lower panel of the wing. I bondo'd them in place to hold them for drilling. I will need a right angle drill to do the inboard at least, maybe both
