Both my upper wing skins are a little wavy sighting down the tip. This is not pretty and will cause trouble when doing the flaps and ailerons tops. I bought some aluminum U extrusion and clamped it to the LH upper TE. I then used bondo to build a fillet between the upper skin and the U extrusion. The plan is to use the extrusion to straighten the edge while I do the remaining rear spar layups, hopefully fixing the waviness. Anyway today I just bondo the U channel to the wing as an experiment. I also left hot lights on the operation hoping to reset the skin a little. We will see.
