More of the same from yesterday. I laid up the RH wing skin inner plys after cutting to small pieces of 4.5 lb foam to fill the extra space created in the prior builders reinforcement see pic 1. I cut the replacement foam for the wing walk areas of both wings. I bonded the replacement foam into position using qcells and held it in place by vacuum bagging, which worked great. On the left hand skin I sanded the replacement foam level with the inner wing skins and sealed the foam with qcell to prep for the final laminations.
This has been a long road the results are coming out well and should be quite strong removing concerns of wing walk delaminations.
