Somehow my seat pan cutout (previous builder) was not quite right on the RH side. I spent a lot of time remeasuring the openings and comparing to the drawings. Ultimately I had to slide the RH side outward about 1/2 and inch. No problem on the outer edge, I just recut it. For the inside edge I had to add new material before it could be recut in the proper location. Luckily for all these years the original cut outs were retained and passed builder to builder. I found the cutout and cut a one inch strip of of the edge of the original cut out. I then relieved the foam edge on the wing cutout and the strip from the original blank. I filled the edges with cabosil and clamped the piece in to position to bond them together. After that had set up I put a two layer bid tape across the bonded joint on the upper skin. I will do the same to the lower skin later.
