Sandblasted the now completely welded (thanks Rob) elevator control yoke/counter balance in preparation for powder coat.
The test lay-up from yesterday turned out looking nice but the resin content is closer to 70% than 50%. I did not use peel ply on both surfaces mostly because I forgot. I will try another with peel ply both sides, no vacuum, and more aggressive squeeging.
