I finally got my big rudder kit from Glasair. I was missing the rudder instructions prior to recieving this kit. I drilled the holes per the drawing in the instructions. I still have to trim the flanges. The drawing in the instructions are not quite right as far as the flages go. Basically two of the views conflict and show an impossible configuration. I have looked at a few actuators on Glasairs at Phoenix Composites and have come up with a go forward plan. I will add pictures of the completed actuator.
