I sanded on the margins of the sanded circle to increase the area for the layups. I then added the four ply layups to the mounting ring. I am doing these one ply at a time. The first ply I did I followed the instructions for the layup size. I adjusted subsequent plys to fit better. I did the layups on foil to hold thier shape until they were installed. Each ply took about 30 minutes start to finish.
