Brief Description:  Wing Rotating Fixture - General fab

I completed the airfoil pattens that I made yesterday and check them for fit on the RH side. It fit well. I then took the pattern and transfered it to one of my plywood wheels. I cut the airfoil shaped hole out of the wheel with a saber saw. I then decided to work the aluminum straps that will hold the wheel together after I split it into removable sections. The starps are 1/8 inch thick two inch wide straps that were 12 inches long. I cut these down to 8 inches in length using the bandsaw. I then trued up the cut edge on the sander and finicshed with a file. Each strap needed eight holes drilled in it and deburred. There are eight straps. I spent about and hour working the straps. I am going to use 5/16 inch dia bolts screwed into tee nuts to hold the removable sections of the wheels together.
