Brief Description:  TE Trimming

With the LH side TE complete and the RH upper TE matching the LH side I needed to trim the RH lower skin TE. I used my digital level to transfer the upper edge position onto the lower skin. I did this by holding the level vertically against the upper TE and resting the short edge of the level against the lower skin inside surface. When the level was positioned to read 90 degrees I made a pencil mark on the lower skin up against the edge of the level. Simple enough. I then connected the marks with a straight edge and trimmed and sanded to the line. This worked just about perfect. The trailing edges are sharp! I ended up slicing my thumb really good by trapping my thumb between the sanding block and the upper TE. I was pretty sure I was going to the hospital but the bleeding did stop eventually. A little scary though!
