Completed the eight ply rear spar splice. I completed this two plys at a time and staggered the ply size 1/8 inch per ply pair with the final plys being the size called out in the manual. This worked pretty good to ease the edge of the uni buildup. If I were to do it again I would use more that an 1/8 inch in the long direction as the short edges did not stagger as well. I will sand the short edge transition a little in prep for the one ply bid overlay.
