I continued to work on fitting the LH wing ribs to allow space for the capstrips I am going to add. I used sandpaper spray glued to .030 sheet metal to sand the ribs to size. I sandwiched the sanding tool between the upper wing skin an the rib to be fitted. I then marked the rib location onto the upper skin with a sharpie pen. I then removed the upper wing skin and started to prepare it for laying up the rib cap strips. I am using one layer of duct tape to allow for a glue line between the cap strip and the upper wing skin. I will use packing tape over the duct tape to allow for a proper release of the two ply laminates.
