Brief Description: Wing Tip Rib Trimming, Fib Fitting
I trimmed the two wing tip ribs and checked the fit again, all was well. I need to fit all the ribs that will be capstriped. I am using the technique discribed in the previous post. I can get to one side of most of the wing ribs to visually check the fit. The exception are the inside D-section of the wing. I have decided that I can get a rough idea on the fit by closing my digital camera in the wing with the shutter on a ten second timer. Photo three shows the fit of one of the leading edge baffles. I also spent a few minutes cleaning up the baffle crescents that I filled with cabosil a few days ago.
