I decided to run hard tubing for the brake lines. I will have the tubing penetrate the lower wing skins in the seat pan bays. A ninety degree elbow will run through the penetration pointing the line foward against the lower surface of the wing. I basically made the same sort of provision for the elbow as I did for the landing gear hydraulic lines in the aft spar.
