Brief Description: Engine - Preparing to invert it for storage
The engine I bought is stored right side up in a wooden crate. The engine builder recommended that it be inverted for long term storage. I spent an hour modifying a metal crank support for use inverted. I will supplement this with a wooded former to support the aft edge of the case in the crate.
