Brief Description: Made new 'A', 'C', and 'D' Wing Saddles
Cut new sing saddles for my wing jig. I spray glued my blue print patterns to 1/8" masonite. Cut the patterns out on the band saw, trued up the straight edges with my router table, sanded the curves to final shape using a drum sander mounted in the drill press. After the patterns were done I screwed them to 1/2" plywood and cut the plywood saddles out on my router table with a flush trim bit. The came out nice. I am going to remove the wing from the jig to install the new saddles per the manual. The jig is probably just fine the way I recieved it, I just want to make verify that it is set up properly before I close the wing.
