Brief Description: Master Cylinder Upper Mount Lay-ups
Continuation of Thursday's effort. This time I mixed the resin with 1.25% MEKP. Doing the lay-up and getting it bagged took 15-20 minutes. The resin geled in about 35 minutes. This one should work. I left the set up bagged at work so I will not get to look at it until Monday. Well I think the vacuum kind of over did it. The resulting laminate seems a little resin starved. In the picture you can see a mottled appearence of white. I don't think the white is right. By my calculations the resin content is somewhere around 35%, it should be 50%. I will keep experimenting!
