Brief Description: Elevator Bellcrank, Pich Trim Parts
Continued on with the elevator bellcrank. Actually got the measurements right this time! Final shaped and bent. I need to find the bearing that gets sandwiched between the two halves to complete the part. It assembles much like the rudder bellcrank but without the spacers. The pitch trim lever was cut from 1/8" aluminum plate using a roll-in bandsaw and shaped on various sanders. I have not figured out what to do with the handle end (with the small hole). I will probably just turn down some aluminum rod to make a T style handle. The phenolics install in the lever assembly and provide friction lock to the system. I also cut out doubles for use on the bottom wing skins underneth the lap belt attach brackets (2024-T3 0.063 thick)
