Somehow I ended up with my LH lower flap panel short about an inch or so. I made a sheet metal form from .020 thick aluminum which I bonded to the flap lower panel leaving about four inches extended past the edge of the existing panel edge. I then layed up four plys of bid onto the sheet metal form.
