Brief Description: RH Flap A and C rib outside layups
I added a q-cell radius to the upper edges of the ribs where they meet the upper flap skin in preparation for the outside rib A and rib C laminates. After cure I added the two ply layups to both ribs. Just need to add the short actuator single ply layou on the A ribt.
