I removed the flap from the flap table and test fit it on the wing. The leading edge cuff on the outboard side was rubbing the wing trailing edge. I fixtured the flap back on the table and used a long block of wood to push the leading edge cuff into a tighter raius. I then left a heat lamp on it while I went to work. After work I test fit it again and it cleared the wing but was close. Back on the table with the block back in position to increase the radius. I then layed up the remaining two shear web to upper skin layups. I modified the layup a little to use a wider tap on the outboard eight inches of the flap to lock the leading edge cuff into the tigher radius (as clamped).
