Fit the aileron actuators which I made years ago onto both ailerons. I used calipers to set the distacnce between the hinge pin and actuator bolt. This worked great I used a brad point bit to drill the holes which work great. Nice aligned holes without bouncing off the edges of the fitting. I also added a very small q-cell raius to the flap upper skin to flap shear web.
