I cleaned all the bonding surfaces with a quick acetone whipe. I then mixed up the resin product for the close. I mixed up a little pure resin toput a light precoat the flap skins and ribs in the areas to be bonded. The close went to plan. A couple of notes for the LH Flap: The 25 grams of mill fiber mix could be 30 to 35 grams and mixed somewhat wetter. The 30 grams of mill fiber/qcell mix for the TE bonding could be 40 grams and mixed a little stiffer.
