I started sanding the blocks to fit with the seat pan. I used a large cardboard tube with sandpaper taped on to start the forming. A little tedius, but it got done! I then chamfered the edges, and then sealed the foam with q-cell and created radiuses where required. One ply laminate was added over the top.
