While I had the ailerons fixed in the neutral position I decided to bond the aft portion of the wing tips together. The trailing edge of the tip can be adjusted during this step. The goal was to align the tip trailing edge to the aileron trailing edge. I used a stick with a slot cut in it to pull the lower tip skin into positon flush with the aileron lower skin. The stick was clamped to a cinder block to hold the tip skin in the proper position. I then prep sanded the wing tip bonding surfaces and cleaned with acetone. I then bonded the wing tip skins together per the instruction with cabosil
