I flew over to Falcon Field this morning to look at the aileron fits on some Glasairs over at Performance One (was Phoenix Composites). This gave me some idea of how to fit the upper aileron skins. I played around with this a little. I think I am getting it figured out. I am going to work the RH side next before I commit to the final fit on the LH. I also sanded away some of the wing tip mounting flange where it was interfering with the aileron movement and cut some away to give me access to outboard wing hinge for pin installation
