Brief Description: Drilled Rt Hand Aileron Hinges - Wing Side
I notice on the LH aileron that one of the hinges had the hinge pin hole non-concentric to the extrusion. In fact it was so bad that it was near breaking out on the first eyelet. No way to start off with a new airplane! I have never seen this defect in extruded hinge stock. Anyway cut a new hing halve and fitted that to the wing on the LH aileron. I also inspected the rest of what I had and did not find any other bad hinge stock. I then drilled the RH side aileron. This much went much faster than the first one
