Brief Description:  Lower Wing Tip Flanges and Seat Pan Blister

Added two plys of BID to each lower wing tip flange. These should be ready for final trim, sand, and wing tip fitting. I will let these cure a few days before sanding.

I removed the form from the seat pan, sanded the underneath, rounded all the corners and layed up two more plys of BID on the underside of the seat pan.

I took the other seat pan and started on what is known as the Neal Garvin seat pan mod. The purpose is to allow the seat pans to be removed without removing the center console. The stock set up traps the inboard flanges of the pan under the center console. I taped off the inboard flange and down the pan with packing tape to facilitate laying up a flange on the seat pan. I layed up four plys of BID on the pan and flange per Neal's guidance.
