I prepped the RH wing hinge locations by sanding them flat and making sure that there would be enough flat area for the hinges after the wedges were bonded in place. This took some time with a sanding block to make it all work out. I then mixed up some thick q-cell and bonded all the wedges in positiion. I filleted all the edges using the squeeze out. I taped the margins around the wedges with blue tape to keep all the q-cell where I wanted it and not where I didn't. Extra time but usually worth it!
