Cut gussets (approx 73) for first fuselage side. Use a tool made from a 90deg bracket blolted together to measure gusset angles and then finished with disk sander to fit perfectly. Blocks were expoxied in with T-88 and the threaded bolt used to apply pressure to the block until epoxy dried.
