Finished making the boot cowl Lower Access Panels for both sides.
I had drilled and countersunk the rivet holes in the panels before priming them with the white EcoPrime polyurethane primer, so this step just involved assembly of the reinforceing ribs and nutplates to the rear of the panels. I used #8 micro nutplates (MK1000-08) and riveted through the panel, the rib and the nutplates with 1/4" 3/32 flush rivets (AN426AD-3-4).
