Fit Station B Bulkhead and drilled holes to mount bulkhead. Also fit tunnel to firewall and bulkhead.
The bulkhead had to have holes cut in it at the toop flange so it would fit around the nutplates maounted ont he tabs there. I didn't want the bulkhead attached to the floorboards. It will be bolted to the tabs underneath instead.
The tunnel took some massaging with a hammer and dolly to get it flattened out enough to fit smoothly against the bulkhead. I also trimmed the tunnel at the front to get the proper fit to the firewall. After this, I trimmed the excess material (nearly a 1/2") off the rear of the tunnel, due to the bulkhead being mounted on the front instead of the back of the fuselage tube.
